Your Resiliency Toolkit – by Em Capito

Dear Parents, we know back-to-school can  be a stressful transition, but we know that you’ve been faced with an unprecedented challenge during the pandemic.  The key to navigating change, loss and the unknown is to cultivate a sense of resilience.  We hear this term a lot these days, but what does it mean in practical terms for you and your family?

Communities that Care and CONNECT Summit County have partnered to host a live training with resilience expert, Em Capito, LCSW, to support you in nurturing, promoting and accessing resilience in the moment.  This toolkit can assist you in taking smart steps to support yourself and your families through this challenging time.
