The PC MARC offers an Intro to Systema program that begins on March 9th and through April 13th. Classes are held on Thursday nights from 6:00-7:00 pm. Systema is an internal martial art that teaches how to calm the internal fears that arise and cause tension in our body and mind. This is an introductory class is $55 and is available for ages 16+.
