Family Nutrition and Fitness Classes

Join us for a series of FREE classes that focus on nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change for the whole family!

  • MyPlate & Healthy Easy Snack – May 17 This class will show you how to set up balanced meals and give you quick and easy snack ideas.
  • A Healthy Kitchen & Easy Meal Ideas – June 14 Learn how to stock your pantry and freezer with healthy foods plus learn a couple techniques to help you plan meals.
  • Adding More Nutrition to Your Day – June 21 Learn about nutrient-dense super foods, their functions in our bodies, and ways to include them in your food.

These 75-minute classes each include a healthy snack & exercise geared towards children and teens to help build muscular endurance, strength, balance, and aerobic fitness
