What is resilience and how can it empower you and our community?
Resilience is a noun meaning toughness and elasticity.
This virtual workshop is created specifically for those who provide services for families in Summit County, Utah. If you are an educator, a school counselor, a family medical provider or a coach – if you work with our youth and families in our community then this for YOU!
You will learn tools for resilience not only to share with those around you but to empower you in your own life!
In collaboration with Em Capito and CONNECT Summit County, we bring you this powerful workshop to help you gain the toughness and elasticity in these times of difficulty and uncertainty.
Our presenter, Em Capito, is a clinical therapist with more than 10 years of experience observing a broken approach to mental, emotional and physical well-being, Em Capito aims to challenge how we think about and respond to adversity.
