Mindful Relaxation

Rebecca Brenner is offering an 8-week Mindful Relaxation course via Zoom, Tuesdays, November 17th – January 5th, 6 – 8 PM.
We’ll be meeting weekly, practicing deep relaxation practices to soothe and calm your nervous system, as well as flash practices you can do throughout each day to keep you centered and calm.
The course is offered on a sliding scale of $50 – $250 – allowing you to pay what you can. For those who need other arrangements, reach out to Rebecca.
