PHASES is a small group for teen girls in grades 6, 7, 8 and 9 to learn skills that help build resilience. Space is limited.

This five-week small group is built to foster confidence and resiliency in teen girls. This group will meet every Tuesday, beginning October 5th through November 2nd, from 5:00 – 6:30pm.
The format of the group follows the phases of the moon and teaches a new skill in each of the five-week sessions incorporating the elements of the moon phases.

Week 1: Safety
Week 2: Connection
Week 3: Coping Skills
Week 4: Boundaries
Week 5: Self-Worth & Empowerment

If you are interested in enrolling, we are asking for a five-week commitment at a total cost of $225 (or just $45 per session). Upon registering via Eventbrite, you will be contacted by a member of our team to finalize your enrollment. *Scholarships are available upon request. This group is for teen girls currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade and will meet IN PERSON, in The Gathering Space, located at the Christian Center of Park City. We will closely monitor COVID-19 guidance from the state and county, and adapt our protocols appropriately.
Eventbrite registration reserves your space in the group. A member of our Counseling & Wellness Team will follow up with the parent or guardian of attendee to complete the enrollment process, including a Consent and Liability form.
