The PC MARC offers a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga class from June 7-28. This class meets every Tuesday from 6-7 pm and is designed for new AND expecting moms.
Your instructor will integrate the body and mind to promote mindfulness, movement and meditation. Newborns welcome!
