Mountain Town Music together with Wild Women Tribe is offering a four-part Sound Healing Series with the intent to raise awareness on mental health and offer a space for community-activated healing with live sound bath healing sessions by gifted practitioners in unexpected spaces in and around Park City.

Join us for an immersive Sound Bath and meditation evening with Brooke Bishop on Sunday May 15th at Shamanic Twist (228 West 200 South) in Kamas.

This rejuvenating experience is like a concert for your soul as the vibrations from the crystal bowls resinate through your body. The bowls are tuned to the 432 htz frequency, which is specific for healing on a cellular level, as it shifts your brainwaves into the theta state. Brooke will lead you into this experience with a light meditation, followed by the etheric tones of the crystal bowls. Your body and soul will feel completely relaxed.

Brooke is a practitioner of shamanic energy healing, reiki, sound healing, and is also a yoga instructor. She splits her time between the Shamanic Twist Wellness Center in Kamas and also a private Millcreek location. Brooke specializes in helping people release trauma, stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs and looping patterns through these quantum energetics. She is a big believer in healing from the inside out.

The Cole Project was started to create a community for these teens and young adults who have suffered the loss of a loved one, a friend, a classmate, or a peer. The Cole Project now extends its partnership with youth in offering a space place for those needing grief and mental health support, to help navigate through loss and find a path towards healing. For where there is hope, there is healing. And hope changes everything.
