Forest Bathing/ Breathing/ Awareness/ Being
(Cross Country Ski)
In Japan doctors are prescribing forest bathing for physical and mental wellness, it is called Shinri-yoku. Did you know that taking the time to meditate and being highly aware in nature, can reduce blood pressure, improve concentration, boost immunity, lift depression and improve energy?
Take a deep breath, smell the trees, feel the wind on your skin, see and hear your natural world. Feel the wonders of a ‘forest bath’ mediation, after getting your heart pumping by learning to cross country ski!
