THEME: Personal Resilience —“Only you can be the hero of your story.”
We will all face adversity in life. We are not defined by our circumstances, but rather, by our ability to navigate them and our reactions to them.
Resilience comes in many forms, but having resiliency tools will assist you through tough times.
Join Resiliency expert, Em Capito, clinical therapist (LCSW) on your own hero’s journey of facing yourself and creating your own adversity toolbox. “Adversity is an opportunity to see yourself and your reality with clarity, face your fears, and start living with resilience and meaning.”
Mentors:
-Betsy Bothe, Cross Country Ski Instructor, White Pine Touring
-Em Capito, (LCSW) Clinical Therapist and Resiliency Coach
