THEME: Community and Social Connections
We are tribal, social beings and crave a sense of belonging within a community. Whether we find it through family, school, sports, work or church, we find solace in belonging. Don’t just ‘fit-in’—learn how to find true belonging in our world? How do we be true to ourselves, while learning to navigate within our society?
Take a snowshoe hike and learn how to practice yoga on snowshoes! Practice a yoga tree pose in the aspens! We call it ‘Snow-Ga” on Snowshoes!
Mentors:
-Betsy Bothe Snowshoe Guide, White Pine Touring
-Melissa Knighton, Yoga (“Snow-Ga”) instructor
